Goals, Resolutions, Challenges



Another new year is upon us, and as you're well aware it's a time of making resolutions and challenging ourselves to be even more fabulous, together & hot in the year ahead.

This year, to be my best self I'm issuing the following challenges/goals:
  1. Read 20 books (I'm loving my new Kindle from Mr.Buck so this should be an easy one)
  2. Visit the grocery store no more than 2 times per week - and ideally only once! (this will require meal planning and stocking up on staples, but should save us some $$ {& calories!} in the process by forcing us to eat what we have on hand instead of running to the store for every whim)
  3. Journal daily (another goal facilitated by a wonderful gift I received from my parents, the One Line a Day journal. I'm hoping this short & sweet format will keep me motivated to write down what's happening all year - and especially fun will be looking back in subsequent years)
  4. Crossfit (or run) 4x per week (on average)
  5. In general, focus more on cultivating friendships & time with family, savor this time in our lives & enjoy the ride!
